You're not a beginner.
You have a decade or two behind you, a track record of results, and clients who'd vouch for you in a heartbeat. You're also spending on marketing: a website, social, maybe a contractor or two. It stays busy. It doesn't compound.
Here's what's usually going on.
You have good people doing good work, but no one holding the master plan. Marketing amplifies and branding manifests, and both are answering a question nobody stopped to settle first: what is the one thing this business is actually saying, and why should anyone believe it?
That's the piece most businesses skip.
They hire contractors when what they need is an architect. I'm the architect. I build the Core Message and positioning that everything else hangs on, then I stay on as the strategist behind your marketing so the next hire, tactic, and dollar reinforce the same argument instead of pulling four directions.
Most engagements start with a foundational sprint: a focused two-day intensive where we build the messaging and positioning foundation before you spend another dollar on execution. From there, most clients move into an ongoing advisory relationship where I hold the strategy and build customized AI for my team or your team to run the plays.
This is a fit if you:
- own a service business or specialty practice with real revenue and real clients
- are already investing in marketing and frustrated that it isn't adding up
- want a strategist who thinks about the person before the pitch
It's not a fit if you're looking for a logo refresh, a one-off tactical fix, or someone to run your ads. That's contractor work. I do the layer above it.
If that lands, let's talk. Tell me where your marketing feels scattered and we’ll see what the right next move is for you.
